At Cherokee Rose Stud we pride ourselves in providing first class equine accommodation.

Our top priority is the health and well being of resident stock. We treat all visiting horses as if they were our own, needless to say, we do have some 50-60 of our own thoroughbreds on the property.

We concentrate on providing only the best pasture and feed, assisted by agronomists and pasture experts to maintain optimum grazing pastures and land condition all year round. In addition, we use a Thoroughmixer to mix the highest quality ingredients according to individual dietary requirements. Oats are rolled fresh daily and we chaff organic third cut lucerne and oaten hay. Combined with custom made pellets and a mix of premium grains and seeds, this base is highly palatable and easily adaptable to ensure adequate protein for spellers. Served warm in winter, the horses absolutely love it.
